This place could not make a breakfast sandwich right if they were paid. I get the same thing EVERY freakin' week through the drviethru and at least 8 out of 10 times I have to go into the restaurant to get them to make my sandwich properly...things like no cheese when it clearly says with cheese on the receipt...they're just not even paying attention. Today, I got my replacement in the restaurant and whe I got to work and unpacked it...it STILL DIDN't HAVE FREAKIN' CHEESE...IDIOTS...IS THERE SOME DEGREE OF ROCKET SCIENCE INVOLVED HERE THAT I AM UNAWARE OF???
ive never had a problem maby because i am clear about what i want and i dont blame others for my stupidity. they do a great jobfor the lack of staff on weekend.
1) Stop expecting a FAST FOOD restaurant to be 5 star
2) It's not just teenagers that work there, but maybe they treat you're food like you treat them. Just because someone works at McDonalds you're better than them? pathetic.
3) Ever heard of a fridge and stove? No? Get one, then YOU to can impress ladies and move out of moms basement
4) Maybe the fact that they're job is worse then yours, they just stopped caring about "perfect" people like you
The worst McDonalds in Ottawa Ontario pretty much sums it up. The staff is incompetent when I asked for a double cheese burger dressed like a mac I soon realized this is way above the grade level of any employee at this location. They told me that it only comes with one piece of cheese and would charge for a second piece of cheese. Now keep in mind my exact order was double cheese burger, dressed like mac. Then they gave me a mc double with mac sauce and called it a day. I have had to fight them everytime I want this meal and I dont understand why they feel they have to steal from us. Like they dont make enough money.
I searched the McDonald's Canada web site for a method of leaving a commentary based on the poor quality of service at this location. Apparently, you cannot email them directly. However, in this day and age they leave you the following options to submit a complaint:
- send a letter (yes, like in the mail); or
- phone them between their business hours.
These options are not viable and outright discouraging for people with limited time. Direct commentaries without the use of costly focus groups are also a good way of evaluating the store's service/quality.
First, McDonald's has done an excellent re-branding campaign to fill the inadequacies left by their competition (i.e. Tim Hortons). Just based on their coffee they convinced me and my colleagues to switch.
However, this at this location during the weekdays between 0600 - 0700 the service is horrible. The following observations ought to be dealt with by the upper management:
- the orders are incorrectly taken at the speaker box. The orders are not re-confirmed at the end.
- approaching the first window, the same person is still talking with other customers and does not acknowledge non-verbally (e.g. a nod, a finger in the air saying "one moment, eye contact) leaving some to assume to pay at the second window;
- in two cases back to back - the order went awry. Things happen. However, at the 2nd window when trying to bring this to the attention of the staff I was met by the manager and subordinate having the audacity to say that what was ordered when it clearly was not. Assuming there was a mix-up, how hard would it be just to fix it without the commentaries indicating your clients are wrong?;
- at first I thought, "Wow, these cups really insulate the coffee from getting cold." However, taking a sip - the coffee is luke-warm at best.
I hope these boards are trolled by McDonald's management so they can get my feedback. Building a client-base is done one customer at a time and word of mouth is key.
Terrible restaurant, the young man that served us was extremely rude, and arrogant as well as incompetent. Will certainly not drop in again. There are other McDonald's that treat their customers like people.
Generally, I don't like McDonalds, or this one in particular; however, this McDonalds had two of the best employees working last night at 9:40 in the drive-through. If anyone from this store works there, please commend them on the awesome service we recieved. They were both extremely polite, smiled, and wished us a great day. I wasn't having a great day yesterday and they sincerely helped me feel better. The two young women working last night on drive through really do put meaning to "We love to see you smile!".
I used to like the coffee at McDonalds Canada in Montreal from I guess Three years ago, but the quality really dropped over the last year. I was a regular drive through client every day of the week at Decarie & Paré NO LONGER WANT TO DRINK HOT COLOURED WATER.
I was there Saturday night July 6th I ordered a 10 piece mcnugget got a 6 piece (this was not the problem) i got food poisoning on top of this i'm pregnant. I just want other people to be wary of this as it can be life threatening.
Again then did not put whole order in bag at drive thru
As a frequent customer at the Navaho location I'm constantly dissappointed! I have had a enough, I'm tired of paying and not receiving what I payed for. Can these employees not read?? Everything is on receipt its really not difficult to do it properly!
Person working at the drive-thru doesn't know how to read. I guess free drinks only means coffee.
The security guard is super hot
This is the worst mcdonalds you could possibly go to, the staff are incompetent.
U wait 40 min for your food, it shouldn't be called fastfood.there the slowest in north america
I went into the drive thru this morning and had asked for a bacon breakfast sand which as well as a hash brown a plain mcgriddle and ketchup and 1 pack of syrup on the side. I ordered 4 minutes after waiting at the speaker. Then there was a car ahead of me, i waited there for another 3 minutes. And next thing you know i am at the window, paid for my food. Hoping that it would nice and hot.. and what do you know my hashbrown was cold, and i am not exaggerating, and the mcgriddle was cold as well not even warm at all. This was around 545 am. Speaking as someone who used to be a manager at a mcdonalds this is very poor service; and i hope that this mcdonalds rehires new staff or looks into what they are doing wrong. After i threw my uneaten food away, i called the store and asked for the manager and told him what had happened. All he said was oh.. Ok.. Sorry. .... I was very displeased. All i want now is my money back.
I donate to charities all the time, even for Ronald Mcdonald house. Was not very happy when an employee made a comment to make me feel guilty and judged after not donating on that specific day.
Poor at this location they are double dipping in your money a large coffee comes to $1.96 and they always round up to $2.00 so they are making extra money and I'm sure Mr tax man has no clue they are charging extra tax for their benefits. I will be reporting this fraudulent behavior . As you should too. We pay enough damn taxes that the government double dips you anyways by taxing your paychecks then taxing you on every fing purchase. Damnit us Canadians are too nice. If your tired of these people digging into your pockets for extras say something and report them.
Poor. Awful service. Took forever to get ready. Cold and disgusting. Person completely fotgot about order.
